Rescue Boat 37

RB-37 is equipped primarily as a flood response unit but it also has equipment to support top water rescues and searches. The boat is equipped with navigational lighting, emergency lighting, 360 degree flood lighting, siren/PA, handheld spotlights, fire extinguisher, and a marine radio. The boat carries 4 "river guide" PFD's for crew members, complete with (4 each) 50' throw ropes, whistles, dive knives, signal lights, and swift water helmets. In addition to the crew PFD's, there are a total of 20 PFD's of various types and sizes for the use of passengers and victims. The boat always carries a fully stocked toolbox and a BLS medical kit with oxygen. There is an assortment of ropes and rigging supplies.
